Magnets Block Harmful Electromagnetic Fields, Right?

Can magnets block harmful electromagnetic fields? There is only one way to find out. Let's test it.Can a magnetic sleep system (magnetic mattress pad and magnetic blanket), a magnetic sleeping bag or any magnets block harmful electromagnetic fields?

I received a comment from a potential customer on one of my pages this morning. She said she is sensitive to EMFs or electromagnetic fields and another distributor had told her that she should buy a magnetic sleeping bag to block them while she sleeps. She wanted to know if the magnets in the sleeping bag could really block the EMFs.

I heard the same thing all the time back when I was a new distributor. When your experienced upline tells you these things you accept it as true. They should know, right?

Not so much, as it turns out.

Are Magnetic Mattress Pads Safe?

You've heard that they can help your sleep, but are magnetic mattress pads safe for long-term use?Have you heard that you will sleep better on a magnetic mattress pad? Do you have some concerns, though? They’re expensive so you want to be sure that you are making a wise investment in something that will actually help you, not harm you. I completely agree with you. It is an investment. So, are magnetic mattress pads safe?

I’ve been sleeping on my magnetic pad for almost 11 years. I love it. I’ve also been a distributor for the pad I use for that long and have heard a lot of the concerns. I will share those with you in this post.

Sleep On a Magnetic Mattress Pad? For Real?

Should I really sleep on a magnetic mattress pad? Will that really help me sleep better and wake feeling rested?Do you have trouble falling asleep at night? Are you more tired in the morning than when you went to bed? I completely understand you. I used to be the same way. Sleeping on a magnetic mattress pad is one of the most important things I did to fix that.

You get ready for work, struggle to keep your eyes open on your commute, and just try to get through your day. My worst fear was that there would be a meeting sometime during the day. I always had to take something with me to play with to stay awake. A warm room would put me out guaranteed. It was terrible.

But what can you do?

Absolutely Not the Best Way to Lose Weight

I found an effective way to lose weight. Is it the best way to lose weight? No, probably not.Everyone is looking for the best way to lose weight. I accidentally stumbled on a way a few weeks ago that has proven very effective for me, though I have to admit, it probably isn’t the best way to lose weight.

I wasn’t looking for a way to lose weight, let alone the best way to lose weight. Actually, I was just trying to eat my dinner and enjoy a show on Netflix or Hulu. That’s when it hit me.

Lactoferrin Benefits for Osteoporosis

There may be significant lactoferrin benefits for osteoporosis. Lactoferrin can be easily found in milk.

What are the lactoferrin benefits for osteoporosis?

Your bones are a like a bank for calcium. When you eat calcium, the excess is deposited in your bones. When your body needs calcium it withdraws it from your bones. If you have a calcium deficit your bones can get weak and more likely to break.

There are two types of cells responsible for regulating your bone mass. Osteoblasts create bone and store the calcium. Osteoclasts break it down when the body withdraws the calcium. Obviously they need to stay in balance to maintain a strong skeleton. Osteoporosis is caused when your osteoclasts break down bone faster than your osteoblasts can create it.

Let’s look at the lactoferrin benefits for osteoporosis.

What Is Earthing

What is Earthing? It can reduce inflammation and it doesn't have to cost a thing.I mentioned Earthing a couple times in my past few posts, and I thought I should explain it a little bit more. So, what is Earthing?

I first learned about it several years ago from something that David Wolfe promoted. It made a lot of sense to me, so I decided to explore it further and invest in one of the Earthing mats.

I really like my Earthing mat and I believe that it has helped me as I spend a lot of time working on my computer.

What Nutritional Supplements are Best to Keep My Kids Healthy

What nutritional supplements are best for me and my kids when they don't get enough from their regular diet? I make sure that my kids get their nutritional supplements regularly this time of year. A lot of people seem to get sick when the temperatures cool off from summer to winter. When you give your kids nutritional supplements, you have to know what nutritional supplements are best for them.

I wrote the original version of this post several years ago, on February 19, 2009. With everything that has changed over the years, the one thing that hasn’t changed is the list of nutritional supplements that I give to my kids.

Earthing for Health

Earthing for health means connecting with the Earth to balance out the electrical charge in your body.We need the energy from the four classic elements to stay healthy. Those elements are fire, water, air and earth. In my previous 3 posts I wrote about fire, in the form of energy from the sun, water and air. This post is about the earth element – Earthing for health.

There are two components that I want to talk about when it comes to Earth energy. First, the Earth can absorb all of the excess energy that we need to get rid of. That’s called earthing or grounding. Second, it provides a magnetic field that protects us and energizes us.

Why Fresh Air is Good for You

Do you know why fresh air is good for you? Plants, especially trees, are the best air conditioners.Over the past few weeks I have been writing about how to stay healthy naturally. I wrote about going outside for natural sunlight because it is the best light for us to see by, provides natural warmth, and helps the body produce things like vitamin D. Next I wrote about the importance of clean water. After all, your body is 70% to 85% water. This post is about why fresh air is good for you.

I said last time that I’m following the basic elements. I already wrote about fire (sun) and water. This time is about air. Most people don’t think too much about the air they breathe, unless they have trouble breathing it. Asthma and some allergy sufferers think much more about the air they breathe. Whether you have trouble breathing or not, the air you breathe is very important. By the time we’re done you should understand why fresh air is good for you.

Why do we need to breathe fresh air?

Why Water Is Important

Why Water is Important. We use it for fun, transportation and cooking. Most importantly, we need it for our bodies.A long time ago, before the invention of houses, castles and skyscrapers, human beings lived outdoors. We soaked up sunshine, ate organic food (though we didn’t call it organic back then) and drank water. Last week I talked about why sunlight is good for you, and this time is about why water is important to us.

You can look at this like the classic elements. I talked about fire, in the form of sunlight, last week. This week I’ll talk about the next element – water. Everybody knows that our bodies are mostly water. The number varies from around 70% up to 85% depending on where you get your statistics, but on average everyone seems to agree that around 3/4 of your body is water. So you need to know why water is important and how water is used in the body.
