Some companies have worked very hard to make you believe that sunlight is dangerous to your health. They talk about sunburns and skin cancer and a bunch of other things to scare you into staying indoors or buying their toxic products. I’m going to show you why sunlight is good for you.
The sun powers our planet. It creates the wind and gives us heat and light. The sun gives us the energy to move by way of the plants and animals that we eat. We can’t live without the sun.
