Nikken has a new website store as of Tuesday, February 22, 2022 and you may need to take an extra step when you place your first order on the new site.
New Customers If you have never ordered from Nikken before, go ahead and place your order. Click any of the pictures on this website to drill down on an item and get to the correct item page on the Nikken website. Add any items you want to your cart. If you find my website easier to navigate than Nikken’s and you want to find more items, then close the Nikken tab and you should be back on my website and repeat the process to find your next item. Anything you add to your Nikken shopping cart will be stored.
When you are done adding items, click the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of the page, verify your contents, then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button below your items. Be sure to save the password you choose because you will need it the next time you order, along with your customer number that you should receive by email after. Nikken makes you log into your account when you order if you already have one.
Existing Customers If you have ordered from Nikken before then you have two options because you can’t log in directly to your old account.
- If you DO NOT have an existing autoship order and don’t care about accessing your previous order history, place your next order as a New Customer like above. Do not try to log into your existing account because it won’t work. When you are done, be sure to save your new customer number and password because you will need them next time.
- If you DO have an existing autoship order and want to keep your previous order history then you have to do a couple extra things to create a new account and link it to your old one. I had to do the same thing when the website launched. Go to the new Nikken store and click the Login link in the top right corner. Skip the top of the form and just click the “Create Account” button at the bottom of it. In the new form enter your existing Customer ID (it says Consultant ID) and the email address associated with your existing account, then click the Continue button. Now check your email for a new message from Nikken and click the link in the message to complete your registration. Once you are done with that you will be able to log in with your existing account and your new password to maintain your autoship order and place any other orders you want to.
In either case, if you have any problems you can call me and I will try to help you through, or you can call Nikken at 1-800-669-8859 and choose option 4. If you are an existing customer of mine, I can look up your customer number and the email address on your account.

How To Order
Sometimes people visit my website and are not sure how to know how to order the Nikken products displayed. There are 2 ways:
1) Order online. The easiest way to order the Nikken products is to place your order online. You can browse through this website to find what you want, then click any link or picture to get more information. Clicking a picture will either take you to another page on this website with more information or to the Nikken website where you can see the official documentation, the price, and order that item directly from Nikken.
2) Call me at the phone number by my picture in the top right corner of this page (and every other page). Leave me a message and I will call you back as soon as I get back to my computer.
