What is Quality Water?

Quality water is both clean and alkaline.

Clean water is obvious. You don’t want your water to bring in pollutants and make things worse in your body. Water needs to be clean so that it is free to carry nutrients in and waste products out. Essentially, if you don’t filter the water you drink, then your body will. You don’t want that.

Alkaline water may be a little less obvious. It’s pretty simple though. Your body needs to stay slightly alkaline to stay healthy. Acidic water adds to your body’s acidity while alkaline water helps to keep you slightly alkaline.
