Many of my customers want to ask me about using Nikken’s wellness products for various conditions and they want to know if there is a money-back guarantee.
Dr. Mercola had this article a while back on his website. Diamond Food put information on their walnut packaging about scientific studies that showed the benefits of the omega-3 fats in walnuts.
The FDA sent Diamond Food a letter telling them that by placing that information on their walnut bag they have made a medical claim that reclassifies walnuts as an unapproved drug. You can’t sell unapproved drugs. It’s illegal.
The same things goes for unapproved medical devices, which is what Nikken products would be if I made any claims for what they can do. That is why I cannot tell anyone what a magnet can do for you. That is also why there are no testimonials on my website.
I believe that is also why Nikken does have have a “satisfaction guarantee” on any of their products. How would you determine your satisfaction? Nikken cannot guarantee that any of their products will do anything that you might want them for because that could be considered a medical claim.
There are warranties to cover any defects in manufacturing, so you can be sure that the product will last a period of time.
I hope that helps you to understand the position that we are in and the steps that we have to take to be able to offer these products.
