I take a shot of Bergisterol every night before bed.
Anytime you buy a product from someone you always wonder if they actually use the product themselves. I am an independent Nikken distributor and I do use the products myself. I decided to write this series of posts to talk about the products that I use myself, why I use them, and what benefits I believe I receive from them.
Nikken introduced Kenzen Bergisterol almost a year ago and it’s launch was somewhat overshadowed by the launch of the PiMag water bottle a month later, which was long overdue and highly anticipated by a lot of the distributors. That’s unfortunate because Bergisterol is a very powerful juice.
It is made from citrus bergamia risso extract, or the extract of the bergamot orange. There have been several clinical studies done on citrus bergamia risso demonstrating its effects on cardiovascular health. You would probably like me to tell you about them here, but that would qualify as a medical claim because Bergisterol is a nutritional supplement, not a medication.
I have never been very consistent in taking any of the Nikken nutritional supplements. I have tried most of them and there are a few that I intend to take everyday. I usually don’t though because I don’t have a regular routine and I forget.
About a month ago I started feeling less than ideal when I went to bed at night. I decided to take an ounce of Bergisterol before bed and now I feel great again.
