I found the following video created by Nikken on YouTube. In the video they talk about the quantity and quality of your sleep and the conditions that have been linked to the lack of quality sleep.
- Heart Disease
- Other Chronic Diseases
You can watch the video right here.
One of the questions they posed in the video is how much quality sleep are you really getting? Do you know? Are you spending enough time in that deep sleep for memories to get recorded and for your body to repair and re-energize?
I found a cool looking device called the Zeo Personal Sleep Manager. What it does is help you answer those questions. It records your sleep so that you know how much time you spend asleep and how much time you spend in each stage of sleep. So if you are wondering why you wake up more tired than when you went to bed, this device will help answer that for you.
There is also a version that works with iPhone and Android smartphones, the Zeo Mobile Sleep Manager.
I sleep great with my Nikken sleep system. I’m thinking about getting that Zeo device myself to see how well I’m sleeping. I think it will be very interesting and valuable to have that information and see what else I can do to improve my sleep further.
PS. If you are interested in improving your sleep with the Nikken sleep pack for yourself, you need to check out the Vital Day Pack and see how it can save you 40% on the Sleep Pack, making the price of both packs combined less than the price of the Sleep Pack by itself.
