Nikken Magnetic Insoles

Why magnetic insoles when your feet are so far away from the rest of your body? I'm sure you've noticed that if your feet hurt then your whole body hurts. If you've heard of reflexology then you know that there are different points on your feet that affect various areas of your body.

My applying a magnetic field to the bottom of your feet you are effectively applying a magnetic field to your entire body.

Nikken has been making magnetic insoles in the form of Magsteps for 35 years. It was their very first product on the market when the company formed in Japan in March of 1975. Later on they added Magstrides for people who wanted a little more cushion under their feet.

Two Types of Magnetic Insoles

Nikken insoles come in two varieties. MagSteps are a thin magnetic insole that fits easily into your shoes. When you get these magnetic insoles, you will find that one side has bumps and the other does not. I found the bumps on my Magsteps to be uncomfortable while walking so I just flipped them over to the smooth side. Now that I have been wearing them for three years ( I've heard from some people whose MagSteps insoles lasted them 10 years! ) I decided to try the bumps again and my feet handle them fine now.

Magstrides are a little bit thicker, include Nikken's far-infrared technology and have a little more cushion to them. Due to the extra thickness, some people cannot fit them into their shoes. If you have plenty of room in your shoes, height-wise, then these will work for you. If your shoes are tighter you already have a shaped insert in your shoe, then the MagSteps will be a better choice for you.

The sizes for Magsteps and Magstrides: small is for shoes up to size 8 and medium is for shoes up to size 12. The large insoles fit shoes that are really big. In most cases, small is for women's shoes and medium are for men's shoes.

People often ask if magnetic insoles work and what they do. What I can tell you is that my feet feel great when my MagSteps are in my shoes and I notice when they are missing. The best response I get from my customers who are using MagSteps is that their feet feel good. That's all that matters to me. Check with your doctor if you have an implanted device, like a pacemaker, before using Nikken insoles or any other magnetic product.
