Hi Marilyn. If you have the blue travel comforter then you can machine wash it. All of the other comforters that Nikken has offered are dry-clean only.

Hey Mike. The magnets definitely go on top. They should be alternating though. Some of the magnets should be positive side up and other have the negative side up. They shouldn’t all be the same.

I have two older Queen size Toppers with egg carton on both sides, I recently removed the covers to wash them and then noticed that i did not pay attention which side was up. Reading your comments I learned that the magnet side should be up. however upon close inspection I see that the magnets are face down(negative) on one pad and face up(positive) on the other. Does it make a difference which way the positve or negative side is facing.

I agree Ian. I have many customers who rely on the Elastomag wraps. The rumor that I have heard is that Nikken and the holder of a patent used in the Elastomag products decided to part ways. I don't know that for sure and Nikken isn't likely to make a statement on that, so we just have to do the best we can with what we have. The PowerChips are the new magnetic technology. Maybe they will figure out how to do something like that in a flexible package.

Hi Elena. I am a Nikken distributor for the US and Canada so I cannot have product sent to Australia. Also, we don’t have the silver stone cartridge in our Aqua Pour, so I don’t have access to that part. If you know anyone who would like to be a distributor in Australia and make the products available online like I do here, I would love to talk to them.

Hi John. We cannot say that Nikken’s bracelets are for ‘pain’ because that would constitute a medical claim and since Nikken’s products are not registered as medical devices by the FDA, medical claims would get us in a lot of trouble. If you already have a Nikken bracelet that looks like the PowerBand and it was purchased since October 2010, then what you have is a PowerBand. The only difference between then and now is that there are more colors to choose from.

I’m looking here to find another ‘Nikken Bracelet’ for the pain in my hand and wrist.
the one I have on now looks just like the ‘Nikken Power Band Sport Bracelets’ above.
what I’m wondering is this ‘power Band Bracelet’ also for ‘PAIN’ or just for ‘POWER’? If it’s just for ‘Power’ then where did I go to get the ‘Nikken Bracelet for ‘PAIN’(arthritis etc.)???
Would greatly appreciate any Info/Feedback on this please!
