I agree, if it also works (partly or effectively enough). Bee pollen and honey are very nutrient and healthy too. I will investigate the barley grass, when I have some of it. One more thing about bee pollen and honey: they disinfect wounds and help recovering from bacteria enormously. Having some of it around can give anybody a headstart in preventing infection, say in case of burns.

It makes sense that bee pollen would work. I have often heard that eating some locally-made honey works on pollen allergies also. I just don't care for the taste of honey and I like all of the other vitamins and minerals that are also available in barley grass. Thanks for the comment.

I also have pollen allergies (since my childhood) and had some severe conditions for years. Now, if I feel it coming, I use beepollen supplements. One spoon in the morning and one spoon just before sleep keeps it down at a comfortable situation. It can be mixed with muesli breakfast, but I prefer it just in the mouth and flush it away with some juice. I will try the Jade Greenzymes too and compare results accordingly.
