Alkaline Water Filtration with the Nikken Aqua Pour

When we started with Nikken we received the Aqua Pour with our Wellness Home package and we used it for six months until Nikken launched the under-counter filter.  Prior to having the Aqua Pour I didn’t drink much water because it tasted bad, so I was probably very dehydrated. It turns out that the bad taste was because of chlorine in the water when I lived where there was a municipal water source.  Later I moved out to the country and had well water that still tasted bad because of too much of the wrong minerals dissolved in the water.  What water I did drink was bottled water, either the store brand or Aqua Fina (my Dad worked for Pepsi so naturally I drank Pepsi’s water).  As well as being very expensive it turns out that those bottled waters are highly acidic because they are purified through reverse osmosis.

The Aqua Pour, and the under-counter unit, puts out water that tastes great and is very refreshing.  It is also alkaline (good for the body) and very inexpensive (good for the wallet).  Probably the best thing about the water is that our kids love it.  I have two young kids who, thanks to the Nikken water, only drink water and a little bit of milk.  They used to drink a lot of juice (acidic with a lot of sugar and in most cases not a whole lot of real fruit juice) and now they don’t even ask for it anymore.  They get their vitamin C from real fruit now.

Try good water for yourself and see how much better it is.
